Today, I thought I would share with you a trick for creating a quick floral arrangement in a bowl. Using a diy flower frog makes it a five minute project.
Ready? Here it is- use a grapevine ball! Simply tuck the flower stems in the ball, arranging them evenly around the sphere. Of course, you won’t need any on the bottom.
If desired, press a small glob of floral putty to the bottom to keep the ball from rolling around in the bowl. I didn’t bother since the arrangement wouldn’t be moved around much in our master bath. I like to reuse them, so I didn’t want to gunk it up, either.
I have a few of these grapevine balls in my stash, and have used them over and over:
Tucked into greenery for a Christmas front porch
Featured in several places on our Fall Front Porch
One of my favorites, a Fall Wreath
